Because we have extensive experience working with TRiO grant recipients and schools, we can help write vender request portions of the grant to streamline that part of the process. We have taken care to ensure services we provide fulfill all grant requirements. We will devote all of our energy and resources to preparing your students for life beyond high school.

What we Offer

We love to partner with GEAR UP and TRIO grants. We work with your program to develop a plan of action that includes events and curriculum that match your student leadership program. Your PS representative will develop a plan made specifically for your objectives.

Yearly Agreement

In collaboration with your program, we can assess the needs of the program for the entire school year. From there, we will form a year-long plan of action that will include a curriculum to fulfill all program requirements.

Individual Events

Paradigm Shift can come in on an as-needed basis to provide leadership training and development for your students, as well as professional development and training for your staff.

Curriculum Packages

Our team has developed a curriculum that provides your staff with all resources needed to lead students well. Our curriculum comes with a licensing agreement allowing your program to serve all students within the given academic year.
